Join us for the Inaugural Professor Robert Volk Lecture Series, featuring speaker Jeena Cho, author of The Anxious Lawyer.

Jeena Cho is a Korean-American immigrant and a first-generation lawyer. She’s the co-author of the best-selling book, The Anxious Lawyer, An 8-Week Guide to a Joyful and Satisfying Law Practice Through Mindfulness and Meditation (ABA). She started her career as an Assistant State Attorney and also practiced bankruptcy law for over fifteen years. She combines her lived experience as a Korean-American lawyer and a mom with the practice of mindfulness, meditation, somatic abolitionism, and coaching to offer a unique way of thinking about and practicing law. Her life’s work is centered on bringing more humanity and compassion into the practice of law. Her work has been featured in O, The Oprah Magazine, Women’s Health, MSNBC, Wall Street Journal, and Forbes magazine. She has offered hundreds of workshops at law firms and bar associations around the country.
