Undergraduate Prerequisites: (CASBI203 & CASBI206) and senior standing, and consent of instructor. -利用大肠杆菌、酿酒酵母和拟南芥的遗传模型系统，教授突变体选择和筛选、互补、作图、重组DNA和化学遗传筛选等遗传技术。 短期和长期项目，学生制定和测试假设。
