This session will foster discussion on how to move students beyond seeing their education as transactional. The panelists will focus on approaches to engage meaningfully with our students in order for them to appreciate and relate their learning to their identity and career exploration. You will have the opportunity to participate in round table discussions and report to all symposium attendees your key ideas and findings, which will result in tangible takeaways that may be implemented immediately in your current advising practice.
