Vasi入学保证金

其他注册表格

以下表格必须由每位VASI学生及其家长或监护人填写，并通过邮件或电子邮件发送到buvasi@bu.edu。  所有表格应在5月1日前收到。

1. The 暑期活动健康表格 should be filled out by the student’s physician.  这张表格包括所有在波士顿大学学习的学生必须满足的马萨诸塞州免疫要求。  国际学生应该咨询他们的医生，以确保他们已经接受了所有这些免疫接种。
2. The VASI规则及政策确认表格 should be filled out by both the student and parent/guardian. Please read through the “BUSTI/VASI规则和政策“ in its entirety before signing the form.
3. The VASI治疗同意书 should be filled out by the student’s parent or guardian.  该表格允许学生在发生紧急情况时接受医院护理。
4. The 家长确认表格 must be signed by the student’s parent or guardian.
5. The VASI媒体发布 is optional (although we do appreciate the opportunity to include students in our publications).

学费

The commuter program fee including tuition and activity fee is $3,800.  Commuter students will have the opportunity to purchase 一个小的饮食计划 at the beginning of the program so that they may 午餐 in the dining hall.

VASI奖学金获得者的奖学金金额将由VASI申请到他们的学生账户，并将负责支付剩余的金额。

All payments for VASI other than the Enrollment Deposit are handled by 波士顿大学学生会计服务.  BU学生会计服务接受支票，信用卡，借记卡，银行转账和国际电汇。  在收到注册押金并创建波士顿大学学生账户后，将向每个学生发送详细的付款说明。
