加拿大国际发展署 is available to execute project work for 波士顿大学 stakeholders 不需要额外费用, provided that our expertise and availability align with your objectives and timing. 过程评价/映射 – Lead process walkthrough sessions to deliver a set of process maps that highlight process ownership, inputs and outputs.

便利化​ – Design and facilitate meetings or listening session(s) to achieve predetermined objectives.​

解决方案设计 – Facilitate a structured solution design for complex challenges though evaluation of a problem, designing a solution, and implementing a plan for execution.​

数据解决方案 – Develop tailored data solutions to address specific client challenges or pain points, enabling more effective decision-making and streamlined operations.

自动化 – Implement automation solutions to mitigate the time it takes for individuals and departments to complete tasks.​

咨询 – Provide advising or thought partnership without directly facilitating sessions or implementing solutions. ​

转型/项目管理 – Assist with a project or initiative that needs support with planning or implementing a change in the strategy or operational practices of a department.​

培训/工作坊 – Offer guided training on technical products, such as Excel and PowerBI, and principles of lean management and continuous improvement to help our clients better understand how they can implement these solutions into their work life.​
