Center Affiliate Charles Chang Receives Early Career Award
Center affiliate and Associate Professor of Linguistics Charles B. Chang received the Linguistic Society of America’s Early Career Award. This award “recognizes scholars early in their career who have made outstanding contributions to the field of linguistics.” Charles’ award is “for contributions to the understanding of bilingual sound systems and cross-linguistic interactions, phonetic drift, and language learning over the lifespan, and to fostering diversity and inclusion within linguistics.” Congratulations, Charles!
