学生记者与南非青少年联系

美国和南非学生在波士顿大学传播学院举行了一场坦率的、现场直播的在线Skype对话，纪念世界艾滋病日。 Appearing before a web camera set up in a community library outside Cape Town, 南非n teenage girls (members of the 伊坎瓦青年组织 bravely described the prevalence of AIDS in their homeland and the secrecy and shame surrounding the disease.

Students in Prof. 伊丽莎白·梅伦谈到's (生物) 新闻 class, in turn, described attitudes and awareness about AIDS here in America. Both groups had screened the AIDS documentary  《两个少年的故事, produced by COM professors 苏珊·沃克 and Geoff Poister and featuring the music of The Dave Matthews Band. The documentary (亚马逊有售) was screened at high schools, colleges and libraries during 世界艾滋病日.
