摄影记者获得夏季补助金

致力于社会改革的非营利摄影记者组织“美国贫困”公布了首届年度学生暑期助学金竞赛的结果。

马克斯·埃斯波西托, 21, and Kristyn Ulanday, 22, undergraduates at 波士顿大学’s 传媒学院, were awarded first place in the Multimedia/video category for “回家less, Not Helpless,” a documentary project focusing on the new Bergen County Housing, Health and human Services Center.

The AmericanPoverty.org 2010 Student Grant Competition was funded in part by a grant from the Ramsay Merriam Foundation, and will be held annually in an effort to support and encourage young journalists committed to excellence in social documentary work in the United States.
