Deliveries – Subcontractors will receive deliveries all week between 7 a.m. and 6 p.m. on both Beacon Street and Bay State Road.
Onsite Construction
Saturday Work – 10/7/17
- Coring – Floors 2-9
- Clean up and stocking exterior staging
- Clean up and loadout – Bay State Road
Monday 10/9/17 – No work– Columbus Day
Demolition/Loadout
- Load out at Beacon Street and Bay State Road – Load out demolition debris from 1st floor to dumpster with ongoing daily dumpster swaps
- Exterior façade demolition – Beacon Street
Masonry Restoration (Exterior – Bay State Road & Beacon Street)
- Continue with masonry restoration and demolition – Bay State Road & Beacon Street
Roof Myles (Exterior)
- Install parapet blocking
- Install rooftop steel
- Penthouse construction
