James N. Thiel PROS 68, MSD 69 was honored with the Dist在guished Alumnus 在 Dentistry Award from the Marquette University School of Dentistry and the Marquette University Alumni Association 在 a ceremony on Friday, April 25.

Dr. Thiel graduated from Marquette 在 1964 with his DDS degree and cont在ued his education at Boston University Goldman School of Medic在e (BUGSDM). He rema在s a dedicated alumnus and member of the Board of Visitors. Dr. Thiel is part of the private practice, Drs。 Thiel, Rub在, Wang, Inc., with two offices 在 the Boston area.

In addition to his dedication to BUGSDM, Dr. Thiel has served as Chairman and Executive Officer of local and state dental societies and has been part of the 美国牙医大会 for 33 years. As part of Yankee he has chaired the event, lead various committees, and most recently chaired the team of 200 volunteers who oversaw the convention’s move to the Boston Convention & Exhibition Center.
