Faculty Defeats Students in Annual BUSNDA Basketball Game

After a hard-fought overtime loss to the students in last year’s Faculty vs. Students Basketball Game, the faculty entered this year’s rematch with something to prove, and prove it they did, defeating the students 48-47.

The game, an annual fundraiser for the Boston University Student National Dental Association (BUSNDA), took place the evening of Friday, May 1, at the Southblock Fitness Center. A large crowd of students, faculty, and staff turned out for the rematch and were kept on the edge of their seats throughout a game that remained close until the finish. Spectators were also able to join the fun on the court by participating in three-point and half-court shot contests at half-time.

"Congratulations to BUSNDA for organizing another excellent event and to our faculty team for their victory," said Dean Jeffrey Hutter.
