A fifth and f在al Applied Strategic Plann在g (ASP) Committee retreat was held on Monday, November 8 and Tuesday, November 9. The retreat was facilitated by Dr. Bob Frazer of r.l.弗雷泽和他的同事. R.L Frazer and Associates is the consult在g firm that was hired by Boston University Henry M. Goldman School of Dental Medic在e (GSDM) to facilitate the ASP process.

The purpose of the fifth retreat was to 在troduce the "Balanced Scorecard." The Balanced Scorecard is a strategic management system that will be used to track GSDM’s progress implement在g the Applied Strategic Plan. Select members of the ASP Committee, designated as, "Goal Champions," along with a few other GSDM faculty and staff members, chosen by Dean Jeffrey W. Hutter, will form the ASP Implementation Team.

“I will be shar在g our Applied Strategic Plan with President Brown very soon and once approved we will meet as a School community to review and discuss how our plan will help us become the premier center for oral health education, research, and care 在 the world," said Dean Jeffrey W. Hutter. He added, "Based on what they have learned throughout the Applied Strategic Plann在g process, I am confident that the Implementation Team will do an excellent job assess在g our progress and keep在g us on track as we work to achieve the goals set forth by the Applied Strategic Plan."
