徐 陈 is a Pre-Doctoral Fellow at the GDP Center and a PhD candidate in the Science, Technology and Environmental Policy Program at the 伍德罗·威尔逊公共和国际事务学院, Princeton University.
Interested in environmental and policy issues of energy use, 徐’s thesis work analyzes China and other Development Finance Institutes’ role in energy infrastructure development in the developing world, with a focus on the power sector in Southeast Asia.
Before going to Princeton, 徐 received a Bachelor of Science degree in atmospheric sciences from School of Physics at Peking University, China, and a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics from the 北京大学国家发展澳门威尼斯人注册网站研究院.
