September Public Health Forum: Guest Speaker David Seltz, Senior Policy Advisor for Massachusetts Senate President Therese Murray

The Department of Health Policy and Management is pleased to announce that David Seltz, Senior Policy Advisor for Massachusetts Senate President Therese Murray for the last nine years and who just last week was tapped by Governor Patrick to lead the implementation of the recently signed law, will be the speaker at the SPH Public Health Forum.
David was the key staff person involved in both the first and second MA health reform bills. He will talk about what happened as a result of the first round; the content and intent of the recently signed law; and the politics and interests surrounding the debate over the new law.
