Launching a new Model: Challenges and Successes
Addressing the ongoing crises of female and child security in Addis Ababa, The Global Family Initiative’s
Betasab project forms families from vulnerable Ethiopian women and children, and provides them with a holistic package of support: education, nutrition, healthcare, housing. When this new model launched in May 2012, there was little research or data to support its efficacy. Join us for a discussion of how Betasab, with the help of a BUSPH student, undertook this challenge.
