Institute ESC Member, Ran Canetti, Selected as a Fellow of IACR
Computer Science Professor and Institute Executive Steering Committee Member Ran Canetti has been selected as a fellow of the International Association for Cryptologic Research. The International Association for Cryptologic Research (IACR) selected four fellows for its 2014 IACR Fellows Program. This award, accorded to only very few cryptographers worldwide who serve as “model citizens” of the cryptologic community, recognizes Ran’s numerous contributions to the foundations of cryptography. One of his most important works is his introduction and development of the Universal Composability Framework.
