生物: 卡罗来纳罗西尼 is an internationally recognized expert in the field of technology policy and law, with over 25 years of experience, having worked in the private, non-profit, and academic sectors and as an advisor to various governments, policymakers, and international organizations. She is a member of the World Economic Forum Global Council on the Future of Technology Policy (mandate 2023 to 2025) and was a World Economic Forum Young Global Leader (2016 to 2022), and she continues to be active in that community. 她是联合创始人，目前担任数据圈倡议的伙伴关系和澳门威尼斯人注册网站研究主管。
