The BU ResLife工会（本地509服务雇员国际工会） agreement applies to those enrolled as a student at 波士顿大学 and employed in one of the following categories: Resident Assistants, Graduate Resident Assistants, and Graduate Housing Assistants. 下列人员明确排除在议价单位之外：所有文书人员、行政人员、专业人员、保密人员、所有其他澳门威尼斯人注册网站研究生、本科生、临时雇员、临时雇员以及《国家劳动关系法》规定的经理、警卫和主管。
