申请新的I-20以新的F-1身份重新进入美国

如果您已经咨询了ISSO顾问，并选择以新的I-20重新进入美国以重新获得合法的F-1身份，您必须：

  1. 有资格在波士顿大学继续学习。 （这通常可以由ISSO顾问验证，但可能需要你的学术部门的一封信。）

如果资金是你自己的，你只需要提交一份证明资金的银行信函或对账单。  如果你是担保人（例如你的澳门威尼斯人注册网站），你的担保人将需要提供他们的银行文件，以及一份经济支持信，以证明他们将为你在波士顿大学期间的学费/费用和生活费用提供资金。 所有财务文件必须是原件，签名和日期，用英文书写，货币金额以美元列出。

Traveling
Once the above information has been established, you will be issued a new I-20 marked for initial entry with a new start date in section 5.  您必须在新的开始日期或之前返回美国，否则I-20将无效。

旅行前: Please refer to the section “入境美国的移民要求（F-1学生）.”  Your passport should be valid at least 6 months from the date you intend to reenter the U.S., and, unless you are a Canadian citizen, you must possess a valid F-1 visa.

Upon your reentry to the U.S., you must receive a 新 I-94 card and USCIS must stamp your new I-20.  你必须立即带着你的移民文件到ISSO报到，完成新学生报到，以便我们更新你的记录，显示你已经以合法身份返回。
