Faculty Fellow Enrique Silva Authors Paper on Urban Citizenship in Chile

Faculty Fellow Enrique Silva recently authored a journal article titled, Managing the citizen: privatized public works and the bureaucratic management of citizenship in post-authoritarian Chile, 1990–2005 in an issue of Citizenship Studies. Prof. Silva a native of Chile, writes about the construct of urban citizenship in Chile in the early 1990s.
