Pardee Center Honors Prof. David Fromkin

Prof. David Fromkin was honored for his role as the founding director of the Frederick Pardee Center for the Study of the Longer-Range Future at a reception at the Pardee House on January 29.
Provost David K. Campbell praised Fromkin as “a true renaissance man” and noted his work for the past seven years in laying the foundation for the center’s success . Several of Fromkin’s colleagues in the College of Arts and Sciences and CAS Dean Virginia Sapiro joined Campbell in celebrating Fromkin’s contributions. Fromkin is a professor of international relations, history and law. He is succeeded as director of the Pardee Center by Adil Najam, who holds professorships in the departments of international relations and geography and environment.
