Pardee Center Director Delivers Keynote at Williams College

Prof. Adil Najam delivered the keynote address at the Williams College conference on Global Warming and Developing Countries: Coping with the Challenges, on April 10.

Prof. Najam’s keynote address on “Climate Change, Development and Security” kicked off the two day conference that brought together an array of global experts who discussed the topic in sessions on water and agriculture, financing sustainable development, and policy options.

The conference was organized by the Williams College Center for Development Economics, the Center for Environmental Studies, and the Department of Geosciences with the support of the Mellon FOundation and the Luce Foundation.
