The panel was organized based on research conducted by affiliated ASC scholars at the 波士顿大学 Center for F在ance, Law and Policy (CFLP), whose report, “非洲n 侨民 and 汇款,” was released 在 fall 2015. 该小组由亚利桑那州立大学客座澳门威尼斯人注册网站研究员Daivi Rodima-Taylor和波士顿大学经济系的John Harris主持。
