Join the Frederick S. Pardee Center for the Study of the Longer-Range Future for the next talk in its Global Health Politics Workshop series. The event, titled "The Politics of Primary Health Care," will feature Kevin Croke (Assistant Professor, Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health) and Anuska Kalita (Health Systems Specialist, Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health). Working with the World Health Organization (WHO), Croke and Kalita supported nine country teams who conducted case studies of primary health care reforms. In this talk, they will synthesize the findings across these case studies and seek to draw broader lessons for research and practice. This monthly speaker series brings together leading social scientists from the disciplines of anthropology, political science, and sociology to advance the understanding of health phenomena in a globally interconnected world. The series operates in a hybrid format to accommodate participation in person and via Zoom.
