公共卫生政策提出了越来越微妙的法律、伦理和人权问题——从宗教异议到避孕药具的保险范围，再到汽水容器的大小。 The 卫生法、伦理与人权中心 in BU’s School of 公共卫生 bridges the gap between public health’s expanding scope and the capacity of academic programs to offer research, education, and advocacy in law, ethics, and human rights. The center’s research targets contemporary health policies, and puts research into practice by providing testimony, submitting amicus briefs, and advising government agencies and organizations in health care, biotechnology, and various other fields.
