Dean ad interim and Faculty Present at Cognitive-Behavioral Conference

Dean ad interim and Professor Gail Steketee, Assistant Professor Jordana Muroff, and Adjunct Assistant Professor Cristina Sorrentino presented at the Association for Behavioral and Cognitive Therapies (ABCT) Annual Convention, which was held in Philadelphia from November 15 to 18.

Among three invited talks and fourteen conference papers/posters were the following presentations highlighting topics on compulsive hoarding:

“Buried in Treasures: Treatment for Compulsive Hoarding.” Presenters included Gail Steketee and Randy Frost.

“Group CBT for Compulsive Hoarding.” Presenters included Jordana Muroff, Gail Steketee, Jessica Rasmussen, Amanda Gibson, Randy Frost, and David Tolin.

“CBT for Compulsive Hoarding: Results From a Controlled Trial” Randy Frost, Gail Steketee, David Tolin, Cristina Sorrentino, Jessica Rasmussen, Amanda Gibson, Sarah Carlson and Robert Brady.

“Enhancing Motivation for Treatment in Compulsive Hoarding.” Gail Steketee, Randy Frost, and David Tolin.
