IGSW Awarded NIA SBIR Grant

The School’s Institute for Geriatric Social Work (IGSW) has been awarded a Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) implementation grant from the National Institute of Aging (NIA). The approximately $150,000 grant will fund development of a series of geriatric social work videos in collaboration with the New England Research Institutes.

NIA SBIR programs support small businesses and nonprofit research organizations that conduct research leading to the development of products and services that improve the health and well-being of older Americans.
