SSW Doctoral Student to Present on Hoarding

BUSSW doctoral student Christiana Bratiotis will be making two presentations on hoarding in May and June.

On May 21, she and Jesse Edsell-Vetter, Case Management Specialist with Metro-Boston Housing Partnership, will be conducting a program, "Learning About Hoarding: Why do People Hoard? What Can be Done to Help Them? Can Eviction be Avoided?" The session will take place at The Solomon Carter Fuller Mental Health Center in Boston.

"Understanding, Assessing, and Intervening with Compulsive Hoarding" will be the topic of Christiana’s presentation on June 19 at the Thayer Public Library in Braintree. The program is sponsored by the Braintree Health Department.
