Description of Impact
Root Cause Analysis (RCA): The issue with Blackboard Kaltura LTI videos not loading was caused by upcoming changes announced by major browser vendors (including Mozilla Firefox and Google Chrome) affecting trust in certain digital certificates.
Incident Description and Resolution
The Kaltura DevOps team implemented a fix for your KAF instance, which was implemented permanently this morning, resolving the LTI loading issue.
