Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Survey Progress
With four days left, BU’s diversity, equity, and inclusion survey sent March 22 to more than 6,000 staff members has reached 44 percent participation. The University is depending on the responses to this simple but important questionnaire to become a better place to work. Administered by global consulting firm Korn Ferry, the survey asks for opinions on future policies concerning applications, hiring, compensation, promotions, and more. It’s available in English, Spanish, and Portuguese and takes only 15 minutes to complete. And it’s confidential, with no names attached to responses. Take the survey here; response is requested by April 2.
