The authors have advised that the following reference to the Japanese version of ICECAP-A was missed from page 717 of the published proof.

The new reference should have been cited throughout the paper in the following places:

Page 704, Introduction section, third sentence from the bottom, the text should read “Japan currently lacks a corresponding value set despite having a translated version of ICECAP-A”.52

Page 706, Investigating Choice Experiments CAPability Measure for Adults section, last sentence, the text “In this study, the UK tariff was utilized”.15 should read “In this study, we utilized Japanese version of ICECAP-A,52 applying the UK tariff”.15

The authors acknowledge the missing reference as a source of information for their article and apologise for not including it in the original publication.
