Visiting Researcher Dr. Noel Twagiramungu Publishes New Paper

Dr. Noel Twagiramungu, recently published his first paper as a Visiting Researcher with the ASC.  From Nationalist Rebellion to Pan-African Liberation: A Theory of the Apartheid Endgame in South Africa, was published in International Relations and Diplomacy in December 2018.  Currently, Dr. Twagiramungu is a Visiting Assistant Professor of International Relations and African Politics at the University of Massachusetts Lowell.
