Boston College Lynch School of Education and Human Development
I am a doctoral candidate in the Applied Developmental and Educational Psychology program at Boston College’s Lynch School of Education and Human Development. My research bridges motivation theory with civic development frameworks to investigate factors that support or undermine civic engagement among youth of color. Upon completion of my dissertation, I plan to build my career around the cornerstones of educational research, practical application, and equity. I am dedicated to conducting interdisciplinary research with input from diverse stakeholders that can be used to combat systemic oppression and promote racial and educational equity.
