Julia Raifman conducts research on how health and social policies shape population health and health disparities. During the COVID-19 pandemic, she led her research team in tracking more than 100 state policy changes in the COVID-19 US State Policy Database (statepolicies.com). She is currently researching antiracist policy responses to the pandemic and high unemployment during the pandemic.
