Paul J. “Hutch” Hutchinson is a senior lecturer in Management and Organizations at the Questrom School of Business. He teaches Teaming in both the undergraduate and graduate programs, focusing on how to leverage diversity to maximize team performance. Hutch began facilitating programs with teams and groups in 1996 and has since worked with over 50,000 participants in backcountry, urban, and virtual environments. He is actively involved in the Association for Experiential Education and is a lead instructor for Outward Bound-Professional. He earned a master’s in experiential education from Minnesota State University-Mankato and his PhD in American and New England studies at Boston University. His research focuses on the relationship between culture and pedagogy throughout history.
