Pierrce is a second year MPP student and 2021 Segal Fellow born and raised in Springfield Massachusetts. He graduated from Stonehill college in 2019 with bachelor’s degrees in philosophy and communications. He is currently in the economic and racial equity concentration and his work is focused on racial equity across different sectors of life. His most recent role as the inaugural fellow at the RAND Center to Advance Racial Equity Policy allowed him to dive into policy models and arguments relating to federal reparations for Black Americans.
