The Fresh Food Co. at Marciano Commons
The Center for Student Services will be home to the new Fresh Food Company at Marciano Commons. The Fresh Food Company is a two-level culinary extravaganza featuring 12 different food stations serving inventive new dishes as well as traditional BU [...]favorites. Students can feast on fresh pasta made on-site and enjoy the bounties of two tandoor ovens and a completely gluten-free kitchen. Friends can gather in the more relaxed atmosphere of the Late Night Kitchen, located in the lower level of the new building, for unique appetizers, gourmet sandwiches, sweet and savory crepes, and over-the-top entrées.

That's where Eastern Standard Restaurant comes into play. They are a [...]fantastic restaurant located in Kenmore Square in Boston that was kind enough to give us full access to their Kitchen. Their Executive Chef came by the BU campus and worked with our Chefs in duplicating his menu at the restaurant, and boy what a treat it was for the students!!
