Chompon "Boong" Boonnak (MET'13) of the Thai tapas bar Mahaniyom in Brookline Village prepares a Pure Sin, his smoky riff on a rum Old Fashioned, which features cachaca, a smoky rum from Mexico, pandan syrup, and jasmine bitters imported from [...]Thailand. The stirred cocktail is smoked with apple wood chips and presented on clear ice.
