Tea has been a life-long passion of Kim Santo’s. She began sipping Litpon’s tea, then moved on to Earl Grey teas (courtesy of Star Trek), before discovering loose leaf and herbal teas. Assistant director of Judicial Affairs, Santo began making [...]the connection between tea and mindfulness in 2017 when she discovered an ancient brewing technique called “gong fu cha” which translates to “making tea with skill.”
Santo leads the weekly Stress ReLeaf workshop on campus, which meets every Monday at the Howard Thurman Center.
