They say that everything begins in the East from the moment the sun rises your life begins a new! Just shortly after your life begins a new, you appetite begins to grow and grow. That's where Eastern Standard Restaurant comes into play. They are a [...]fantastic restaurant located in Kenmore Square in Boston that was kind enough to give us full access to their Kitchen. Their Executive Chef came by the BU campus and worked with our Chefs in duplicating his menu at the restaurant, and boy what a treat it was for the students!!

Twice a semester we like to partner with a local Boston restaurant in what we call our VCS or Visiting Chef Series. This time we worked with the Chefs from Jerry Remy's Restaurant located right next to Fenway. Their Chefs come in and work with our [...]Chefs to recreate the menu that is featured at Jerry Remy's. It was great, we had Wally the Green Monster stop by, cotton candy, peanuts and crackers jacks, plus a great Remy's menu, all we needed was a Baseball game!
