Last January, a group of film and television students at the College of Communication signed on to create Res.Life — a new 30-minute sitcom for mtvU that explores life as a resident assistant in a college dorm — from start to finish. [...]With guidance from Paul Schneider, a COM associate professor of film and television, the students cast, shot, and produced the pilot during the spring semester. Many remained on campus six weeks past semester's end to complete the post-production work.
In this installment of "Res.Life: The Making Of," the students complete shooting and begin post-production on their pilot.
