Assistant Professor of Computer Science Mark Bun has won a 2022 Sloan Research Fellowship. The Alfred P. Sloan Foundation grants this extremely prestigious and selective award to the most promising junior researchers. Professor Bun is among only 20 Fellows selected in Computer Science this year out of 118 total, and is the only 2022 Fellow from BU. Winners receive $75,000, which may be spent over a two-year term on any expense supportive of their research. The full list of winners can be found here.
