BFA Theatre – Theatre Arts (Design, Production & Management)
she/her
As a stage manager, dramaturg, and arts administrator, I believe that my skills from one discipline inform and enrich my work in others. No matter the position I hold, I feel that communication and collaboration are the most important pillars of a process. I value those I work with not only as artists but as people in the world, and find it important to always display patience and understanding. As a stage manager, I aim to strike the balance between leading and listening, fostering a welcoming and safe environment where everyone feels comfortable to follow their curiosities. As a dramaturg, it is my goal to be a resource for the team, providing context and letting research drive my process. I am especially excited about new work and how I can be a part of a project’s development. I believe it is important to find joy in the art we make, so I often bring my sense-of-humor into the space. When not in rehearsal or tech, you will probably find me watching reality tv!
