Grant Proposal Library for BU Social Scientists
BU’s Office of Research maintains a depository of successful grant proposals, submitted to a diverse range of funding organizations that support social science research. This resource is possible due to the generous contributions of faculty members who have shared their proposals; faculty are encouraged to arrange the deposit of their own successful proposals here. BU’s Office of Research, Federal Relations, and Foundation Relations collaborate to provide supports and information to faculty pursuing external funding for their work.
At this link, BU affiliates can access a curated collection of funded proposals that faculty have submitted to Hewlett Foundation, National Institutes of Health, National Science Foundation, Russell Sage, Robert Wood Johnson Foundation, W. T. Grant and more. You can also find extensive resources providing helpful strategies for seeking external funding. To learn more about potential internal and external funding opportunities in the social sciences, visit this page for regular updates. The Center will host a research funding workshop in February 2022, featuring presentations by Cecilia Lalama (associate director) and John Wendelken (assistant director) of Foundation Relations and Jennifer Grodsky (vice-president) of Federal Relations. Details will be forthcoming shortly.
