Getting Around BU During the World Series

There will be some obstructions in the base paths…I mean, pathways, BU students, faculty and staff take on October 30th. Here are some important notes. We’ll update this page as we get more details.

BU Bus Service Changes – On Wednesday, normal shuttle service between the Charles River and Medical Campuses will stop at 7:00 PM with a final stop at Student Village II, 33 Agganis Way. At that time, an Express shuttle service (two stops only) between the Charles River and Medical Campuses will provide service from Stop 1 near Agganis Arena (corner of Commonwealth Avenue and Agganis Way) and Stop 2 in front of 710 Albany Street. The Express shuttle service will travel on the Massachusetts Turnpike to make these two stops, meaning no other Comm Ave pickups! This Express shuttle service will stop at 10:00 PM at Stop 2 (710 Albany Street) and return Agganis Arena shortly thereafter.

Myles Standish, Reverse! – The block of Beacon Street where Myles Standish Hall is located will be closed Wednesday evening. Therefore, you’ll enter and exit through the Bay State Road side (the doors you usually don’t have access to.) This will be in place from 4 pm, Wednesday, until about 2 am, Thursday.
