BU African Student Organization’s upcoming events you don’t want to miss!
Greetings from the Boston University African Student Organization,
Beginning April 8th, 2013, we will be hosting the following events: small pep rally, service day, speaker day, dance workshop with the Afrithms dance group, African cuisine in the dining halls, and the our annual cultural show.
On April 10th, 2013 we will be conducting a symposium event, BUASO Presents: The Politics, Policy, and Public Health Symposium. The event takes place from 7:00 pm – 9:00 pm in the College of Arts and Sciences, Room B12. We welcome you, your department and all associates to come out. This is especially important for us as we have Dr. Beverly Brown, Development Director of the Center for Global Health and Development and the wife of the University’s President Robert Brown, acting as the moderator for the event. Dr. Brown is very excited about this event, as are we, and we would love if you cold join us and spread the word.
We also invite you to BUASO’s 20th Anniversary Cultural Show Celebration on April 13th, 2013. The celebration will take place from 8:00pm – 10:00 pm, and doors will open at 7:00 pm, in SAC Gym, 1 University Road., Boston, MA 02215. If there are any professors or administration that want to RSVP please contact me below so we can make appropriate seating reservations.
