Profs Arianne Chernock, David Glovsky, and Erik Goldstein Will Speak with Pardee about Queen Elizabeth II and Her Legacy

History Professors Arianne Chernock, David Glovsky, and Erik Goldstein will lead a conversation with moderator Ambassador Paul Hare on September 20th with Pardee School of Global Studies’ first Beyond the Headlines event of the year. Their conversation will look at Queen Elizabeth II and her legacy.

Prof. Arianne Chernock (History) will discuss Queen Elizabeth’s role in reinforcing the monarchy, Prof. David Glovsky (History) will talk about her legacy as regards the former colonies and dependent territories of Great Britain, Prof. Erik Goldstein (History and International Relations) will talk about her role in British government and politics, and Amb. Paul Hare (International Relations) will wider aspects of her role in diplomacy as well as moderate the session.
