William Keylor, Professor of International Relations and History at the Frederick S. Pardee School of Global Studies at Boston University, was recently interviewed on Fidel Castro’s criticism of United States President Barack Obama for not apologizing to Japan for the atomic bombings of Hiroshima and Nagasaki.
