Palmer in La Razon on Peru’s Political Turmoil

“David Scott Palmer, Professor Emeritus of International Relations at the Frederick S. Pardee School of Global Studies at Boston University, was recently interviewed on the unexpected failure of the effort to impeach Peru’s president Pedro Pablo Kuzcynski last month and the even more unexpected humanitarian pardon he gave to jailed ex-President Alberto Fujimori a few days later.

Palmer was interviewed for a recent article in La Razon entitled “Betrayal to Your Electorate.“
