Panda Kroll (’00) promoted to Shareholder at Benton, Orr, Duval & Buckingham

BENTON ORR DUVAL & BUCKINGHAM, PC (BODB), established 1882, has announced that Panda Kroll has been promoted to shareholder of the oldest law firm in Ventura County, which counts Earle Stanley Gardner of Perry Mason fame among its past shareholders.

Panda has represented business owners in state and federal courts throughout the nation for the past seventeen years. Her practice includes wage and hour matters, discrimination and harassment cases, restrictive covenant disputes, regulatory compliance, and defamation defense. Complementing her litigation practice, Ms. Kroll provides day-to- day advice and counsel to employers regarding the panoply of laws that govern and affect the employment relationship, with special emphasis on litigation avoidance strategies.

Panda in adjunct faculty for California State University, Channel Islands, lecturing on Business Law for the MVS School of Business and Economics and on Biotechnology Law and Regulation for the MS Biotechnology/MBA dual degree program.
